WE ARE GROWING

We’re looking for passionate and motivated interns to join Harlem Labs. As a Studio Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience in creative production, marketing, community building, and studio operations. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, assist with shoots and events, and support Harlem Labs’ mission of empowering overlooked voices in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with studio operations, including set prep, prop organization, and maintaining equipment

• Support photo/video shoots by coordinating schedules, styling, and on-set logistics

• Contribute to social media content creation, digital campaigns, and creative storytelling

• Research trends, artists, and opportunities to strengthen Harlem Labs’ community presence

• Provide administrative support (scheduling, outreach, inventory) when needed

• Help brainstorm and execute creative projects, events, and collaborations

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for creativity, visual arts, fashion, or media production

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Interest in photography, styling, design, or digital content creation

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools (preferred, not required)

• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
